Used Harmony for the first time

Matt, of Harmony Blinds, was kind enough to come over to check the new kitchen blackout blind, which wasn't operating as it did when first installed a little while ago. Not only did he change the small motor device, which had failed, but also made an adjustment to the way the blind hung, so that the 'operating cords' were easier for me, although perfectly correct as when he hung the blind. My biggest surprise was that I was not charged anything for Matt's time and effort, which amazed me! This is a wonderful, family-run business where old-fashioned values about customer care are extremely important. This is another reason for wholeheartedly recommending Harmony Blinds!

We recently had blinds installed across two floors of our business by Harmony Blinds, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. They kept everything running on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the space was left clean and tidy after the installation.
